Allahabad Bench of CESTAT To Start Functioning From 01 September,2015"

In view of the order of the Hon’ble Court of Allahabad and Notification dated 14 August, 2015 of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, all the appeals/ applications arising from the territories of the State of Uttar Pradesh shall be listed for hearing at Regional Bench, Allahabad w.e.f. 01 September, 2015.
